After a complete history and exam, Dr. Michael sits down with you and explains your problem from a chiropractic reference. She will confirm whether or not you are a candidate for chiropractic care. Then she will review your treatment plan, how long your acute phase will take, and the cost of care. Dr. Michael balances your nervous system and helps you learn to take better care of yourself. You may be required to put on a treatment gown to access your areas of complaint for your adjustment, physical therapy, or massage. If your problem is a lower extremity, please bring a pair of shorts.
Upon request, we will provide you with a receipt with the correct codes for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
By not getting involved in billing your insurance directly, Dr. Michael is able to keep her fees reasonable. It is her intention to focus on the quality of your care and provide you with her best possible treatment.MEDICARE Patients;
